Pet Parent, Nanny and Entrepreneur

Charlene’s maternal instincts began at a very young age, never without a pet by her side she couldn’t imagine her life without her beloved animals. Volunteering at her local humane society grew her heart to understand her purpose as a pet family advocate - supporting pet parents and rescued animals.

She created Royal Tails Pet Care in 2014 to offer private nannies to concerned pet parents. Finding like-minded passionate pet care providers Charlene and her team of pet nannies across the Niagara region provide reliable, professional + trustworthy care for pets and pet parents.

She continues to pursue her passion of holistic pet care, studying at a distance + travelling for educational seminars to offer the best health and wellness advice to pet families across the nation. In 2017 she developed + launched her online store Royal Tails Boutique. Offering natural pet remedies, therapeutic essential oils, and accessories - designed just for pets and their parents. Each product is tested and formulated to remain eco-friendly, free from harsh ingredients or allergens and gentle enough for use with animals.

She's now working on her third venture to launch a subscription box for dogs and their moms in Niagara by Spring 2021.

Charlene now happily supports over 75 pet families in Niagara as an advocate and consultant. Offering seminars and workshops for pet parents in search of natural alternatives to pet care, she aims to empower pet families on holistic living and intuitive pet care, harnessing the benefits of essential oils that promote healthy pets and happy homes.
